Stable vitamin C
Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is fantastic for your skin because it's a very strong antioxidant. Antioxidants fight free radicals, which simply put, cause aging – including of your skin. That's why vitamin C is such a savior for your skin. However… vitamin C is a very tricky ingredient. It's not stable and is sensitive to air, light, and heat. It quickly loses its potency and turns brown, just like a sliced apple. That's why we at Loveli have never included it in our products. Because if it's not stable, it does absolutely nothing. That's why we use a stabilized form.
Fortunately, science doesn't stand still, and a 100% natural, stable vitamin C has now been developed: stabilized vitamin C. Our vitamin C, Ethyl Ascorbic Acid, has a slightly different molecule that is less susceptible to oxygen and therefore remains effective for longer. This allows you to get the most out of your serum, without it losing its potency halfway through. However, it remains important to pay attention to the expiration date. You will therefore find a "best before" date on the bottom of your bottle, so you can be sure that your skin gets the most out of the serum. Use the serum before that date for the best results.

Use
- Apply one pump of serum once a day to clean, dry skin. Avoid the delicate skin around your eyes.
- You'll find a "best before" date on the bottom of your bottle. Use the serum before that date for best results.
- Use the Loveli Vitamin C serum after your face wash and face mist. After the serum, you can use your favorite face cream and/or face oils.
- If you also use the Loveli Exfoliant, apply the serum in the morning and the exfoliant in the evening (note: use the exfoliant once or twice a week).
- Because both products contain very strong and active ingredients, using them directly after each other might be a bit too much for your skin.
- For example, if you have age spots, you can apply the serum twice a day to the affected areas for a more even complexion.
