What are the shipping costs?

Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95 and for orders over €65 (after discount, excl. shipping), shipping is free.

What are the delivery times?

If you order before 23:30 on working days (Mon-Fri), your order will be shipped the same day, provided everything is in stock.

If you order before 4:45 PM on Saturday, it will be shipped the same day, provided everything is in stock.

I want to order something, but I won't be home tomorrow?

It is best to choose during the ordering process to have it delivered to an address where you will be present.

You can also choose to have it delivered to a collection point. Then you can pick up the package when it suits you.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel point?

Yes, when ordering you can choose a parcel point of your choice. This can be near your home, work or for example your holiday address.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Yes, during ordering when choosing the shipping method you can choose to pick up at our warehouse in Oosterhout. When your package is ready for pick up you will receive an email from us with the address details.

Can my order be sent as letterbox post?

If the products are sent by letterbox post you will get that choice in the ordering process. If you do not get that choice the products will be sent as a package.

Can I pay with a VVV Gift Card?

Yes, when ordering you can choose VVV Gift Card as payment method. Then follow the instructions to redeem your VVV gift card

I can only exchange 50 euros with my VVV gift card?

That's right.

Do you want to pay with your VVV Gift Card in a webshop? Then from 30 June 2020 there will be a maximum amount to spend per transaction . You can use the credit on your VVV Gift Card to make a purchase up to a maximum amount of €50 per online transaction.

This restriction on the online spending amount of the VVV Gift Card is due to the new European anti-money laundering rules, which were enshrined in Dutch law in May. These rules are mainly intended to combat the use of anonymous prepaid credit cards in money laundering. Gift cards such as the VVV Gift Card are currently also regarded by the EU as prepaid payment cards and must therefore comply with the same strict rules from 30 June 2020.

I have more than 65 euros in my shopping cart and still I am being charged shipping costs

In NL, shipping costs above 65 euros after discount and excluding shipping costs are free. Is the amount in the shopping cart before or after discount 65 euros?

For discount over 65 euros in shopping cart: The threshold for free shipping is calculated on the amount after applying discount and excluding shipping costs. It is calculated on the amount that is ultimately spent and paid, not on the amount before discount.

After discount more than 65 euros in shopping cart: Go through the entire process and if all goes well, the shipping costs will still jump to 0 at the end in the checkout. If this is not the case, empty the shopping cart and start again.

Is there a discount if I order for the first time?

If there are any discount promotions, you will have seen a pop-up when you visited the site. If you did not have a pop-up, there are currently no promotions. Sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page and you will be the first to hear about any promotions.

The discount code does not work?

The discount code is not valid on minis, travel sizes, samples, sets and already discounted items. Do you happen to have those in your shopping cart?

Isn't that the case? With discount codes there is a minimum spend. The discount code only works if the amount after discount is higher than the minimum spend.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Has the order already been paid?

Paid: Once the order has been paid, the process starts and unfortunately we can no longer change or cancel the order.

Not yet paid: We can cancel the order and then you can place the order again with the changes you want.

I have subscribed to the newsletter, but have not yet received a discount code?

We do not send codes by email, because our codes are only valid for 1 day. If you registered via the popup, the code appeared on the screen.

Can I have the order wrapped and a card with text added?

Currently we are not offering this service due to high demand. We hope to be able to offer this as a service again later in the year.

Can I return the products?

Products can be returned provided the seal is not broken, the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

If the seal is broken, the product is opened or tested, the order is final and can no longer be returned.

Due to strict hygiene requirements, we unfortunately cannot accept products that have been opened or tested.

 Where can I view and/or spend my savings points?

You can only view your savings points on the website, not in the app. To do this, go to our website, log in to your account and under the heading rewards you will see how many points you have saved.

Your order will be automatically cancelled. You can place the order again.

Sometimes our email ends up in your spam folder. Check your spam/junk/advertising folder.

Are your products vegan?

We have a wide range of vegan products, but not everything is vegan.

In the filters under features you can check the vegan box for each category and then you will only see all vegan products.
