Are you not completely happy with the order you have placed? Then you can return products* (see return conditions) within 14 days of receipt. The right of return only applies to consumers.
Return Conditions
1. Products can only be returned if the product is unopened, unused (not even swatched or tested), provided with the original seal (where applicable) and provided with the original product packaging. When opening, using, testing, swatching or breaking the seal of the product, your order is final and can no longer be returned.
2. Hygiene items (such as underwear) cannot be returned.
3. Did you receive a gift when you spent a certain amount? Then keep in mind that the gift may be canceled if you fall below the amount to be spent due to the returned product. You must then also return the gift or the cost of the value of the gift will be deducted.
4. You bear the risk for lost packages, damaged goods or delays during the transport of a return shipment.
5. Keep the proof of postage at least until your return has been processed.
6. If you return products below the threshold for free shipping, the shipping costs of 4.50 (NL or 5.95 (BE) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
7. If the product or the packaging is damaged upon receipt of the return, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
8. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. These costs amount to approximately €7.95 per package in the Netherlands and €10.95 from BE and Germany. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
9. Keep (a copy of) your shipping receipt with your tracking number. We are only responsible for your return shipment once it has been received in our warehouse. Items lost during transport are not considered returned and cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returned products if it is suspected that the products have already been opened, used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Please note: If we do receive opened or used products back, they will be returned to the sender and the costs for the return shipment will be charged.
Register Return
If the products meet the conditions, you can register your return via our return portal. This allows you to use slightly cheaper rates than if you return your package yourself via PostNL. Sending it to the correct address as per instructions is your responsility. Never send the product back to the address on the box or order confirmation, but follow the instructions on this page. If you decide to return your package yourself without using our return portal or to a wrong address, we cannot reimburse the costs or refund you.

We recommend that you put a piece of paper with your order number in the box, so that we know who the package came from. You can also print the digital packing slip that was attached to your track and trace email.
As the sender you are responsible for the shipment. Bewust Puur is not responsible for lost packages, damaged goods or delays during the transport of a return shipment.
As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package in the Netherlands and €10.95 from BE and Germany. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
Please note: Always send your packagewith Track & Trace code. Keep your shipping receipt and track and trace code safe. Make sure that your address details are stated as the sender on the address label so that PostNL knows who the sender is.
As the sender you are responsible for the return shipment. We therefore recommend that you always send your package insured, so that you can complain to the carrier if your shipment is lost or damaged during transport.
Alternative return methods without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk and the return may not be approved if it has not been received by us and proof of delivery cannot be provided.
What happens after receiving your return?
When receiving the order, the products will be checked for hygiene reasons whether the seal is still intact, whether there are no traces of use, whether the products are unopened and unused. If everything is found to be in order, the money will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
If the returned products do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. If we receive opened and/or used products back, they will be returned to the customer by means of an accompanying letter.
* If the product does not meet the return conditions, return costs will be charged.

-If the seal is broken, if the product is opened or tested, your order is final and cannot be returned. The costs for returning are for the account of the customer.
- Products with a seal (for reasons of hygiene) cannot be returned if the seal is broken or damaged.
- For products that do not contain a seal, products are checked for damage or traces of use. If a product has such damage from use than how the product was shipped, the customer will be given an option to either deduct the damage from the refund or for an amount of € 6.95 (NL) and € 10.95 (BE & DE) to have the product sent to the customer again. The customer will be informed about this in advance.
- If the choice of the customer is not made with a damaged product, the return cannot be processed further.

Unfortunately, exchange is not possible. The fastest way to receive the right item:
Return the item you do not want and order a new one. We will refund your money within 5-7 working days of receipt.
Why not a free return?
The costs incurred for returning (PostNL unfortunately does not ship for free) must be paid in one way or another. Most webshops calculate these costs by adding a surcharge on top of the selling price of the products. We could do the same (make our products all more expensive) and pretend that we don't charge shipping and return costs - as usually happens with other online stores. However, we think this is unfair because in this way customers who order multiple items are punished because they are actually charged double shipping costs.
The web shops that do not charge shipping costs, earn without you noticing the 'no shipping costs'.
In addition, returns are unfortunately not sustainable.
