Refill for the Loveli facemist Normal to Oily Skin. With this 200ml glass bottle, you can refill the normal (plastic) bottle 2 times. Better for your wallet and better for the environment. With still the convenience of a plastic bottle in your bathroom.
This natural facemist from Loveli is meant for after your facial cleansing. It restores the pH level of your skin. After all, tap water has a high pH, so if you've washed your skin with water, you'll want to restore it. The aloe vera in the facemist restores the pH level of your skin. Furthermore, the facemist is packed with caring ingredients like rose water and green tea.
Note: Comes with cap and without pump. You can order a separate pump here.
Do not fill the bottle too full or it will overflow as soon as you put the cap on. So be careful!
NB: Loveli is transitioning their refills to rPET bottles (this is recycled PET material). So you may no longer receive a glass refill bottle, but an rPet bottle. They chose to switch from glass to this sustainable material because glass takes much more energy to produce, transport and recycle.
Why use a facemist?
Of course, you know how important it is to cleanse your skin after a day full of sunlight, air pollution, make-up and maybe UV filters. But if you cleanse your skin with water, it takes hours for your skin's pH to recover. This is because tap water naturally has a high pH, while your skin naturally has a low pH. With a high pH, your skin is much more susceptible to inflammation and bacteria. A child's skin can repair itself in no time, but the older you get, the longer it takes and all the while your skin is much less protected. The Loveli Facemist contains nourishing aloe vera that helps restore your skin's pH level. It is also packed with nourishing ingredients that help restore your skin's moisture balance.
Use
Use the facemist after cleansing your skin on dried skin. Two or three squirts are enough for your face and an extra squirt for your neck and décolleté if necessary. You can spread it further with your hands. Drying is not necessary, you can immediately use your faceoil or cream over it. You will then need even less of it, as it is even better distributed over your skin.

Ingredients (INCI):
rosa damascena flower water, aqua, camellia sinensis, aloe barbadensis, leuconostoc/radish root ferment filtrate, glycerin, sodium benzoate*, citric acid, potassium sorbate* (*natural preservative)
- Cucumis Sativus Fruit Water: Cucumber water is hydrating. It contains the minerals magnesium and potassium that provide moisture retention. The natural vitamin C in cucumber acts as an antioxidant.
- Aqua: Distilled or deionised water is used to dissolve other ingredients and gives products a fine texture.
- Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice: Aloe vera is a plant that resembles a kind of cactus in appearance. For cosmetics, we use the inside of the leaf. Inside it is aloe vera gel. Aloe vera gel is packed with vitamins and minerals and protects the cell membrane. It binds moisture in your skin and helps form new skin cells. It has a healing, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
- Glycerin: Produced from coconut oil. Is moisture-retaining.
- Camellia Sinensis Extract: This green tea extract is packed with antioxidants. With it, it protects your skin from free radicals.
- Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate: Natural preservative made from fermented radish root. Has an antibacterial effect on your skin.
- Citric Acid: Citric acid is used to lower the pH level to an ideal level for your skin. It also acts as a natural preservative.
- Potassium Sorbate: Natural preservative derived from rowan berry.
- Sodium Benzoate: Natural preservative. Present in cinnamon, cloves, tomatoes, berries, plums, apples and cranberries.

Sealing 90% of products are not sealed by brands. For many brands, sustainability is a priority and for that reason they do not want to add unnecessary waste to their packaging. They therefore choose not to seal their products.
