Scrub your skin completely clean again

Your skin is constantly renewed! That is super nice, but those dead skin cells on your skin make care products more difficult to penetrate into your skin. Just like other contaminants that you are exposed to all day long.

Of course you clean your skin every day, but a weekly scrub cleans your skin a little deeper and makes your skin velvet soft again. Your skin can now fully absorb all your care products.

Jojoba pearls instead of microplastics

Finding the right grain for a face scrub is a big challenge. The skin on your face is very delicate and can be damaged quickly. In many scrubs you will also find small plastic balls, because they can simply be made to the right size and softness. Unfortunately, these microplastics disappear into the environment through your floor drain. And that is something we absolutely do not want at Loveli!

Jojoba pearls are made from the wax of the jojoba plant. The super fine balls exfoliate the skin of your face ultra mild and leave a fine layer of jojoba oil, leaving your skin feeling velvety soft.

Good to know

• If you don't have very sensitive skin, you can also opt for the regular Face scrub. It contains the same jojoba pearls, but also a little bit of ground almond and olive pits for just that little bit of extra scrubbing effect.
• The Face scrub Sensitive Skin is completely vegan.
• The tubes are no longer sealed! Because the cap completely closes the tube, Loveli has chosen to omit the seal for the sake of the environment.

Use

Loveli Face scrub you use once or twice a week on cleansed skin. First wash your skin with the Loveli Facewash and then immediately apply a small amount of Face scrub to your damp skin. A hazelnut-sized dot should be more than enough.

Massage it in for a minute. Then you wash it off with water and a washcloth.

Note: the jojoba pearls are not very easy to wash off your skin. But even if you may come across a grain later, realize that they are made of the super beautiful jojoba oil, which takes good care of your skin.

The face scrub is made from (in order of quantity):

Water, glycerine, coconut oil, jojoba pearls, liquid coconut oil, shea butter, diatomaceous earth, a natural emulsifier, natural preservative and xanthan gum.

Extra explanation ingredients:

Water: ensures that the face scrub is spreadable.

Glycerine: vegetable natural. Glycerin moisturizes your skin.

Coconut oil: we use both normal coconut oil and liquid coconut oil. Coconut oil makes the scrub wonderfully soft, without feeling any fat.

Jojoba Pearls: The jojoba pearls are made from the wax of the jojoba plant. They exfoliate your skin in a very gentle way and make your skin velvety soft.

Sheabutter: Sheabutter is made from the nuts of the shea tree that grows in Central Africa. Shea butter is moisturizing and makes the skin supple and elastic.

Diatomaceous earth: also called diatomaceous earth. It consists of the pulverized plankton fossils that were created thousands of years ago. It contains many minerals and helps rid the skin of dead skin cells.

Methyl glucose sesquistearate: natural emulsifier that ensures that the cream remains a cream and not a layer of water on a layer of butter. Sometimes Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is used to obtain this ingredient and it can be contaminated with harmful substances. Our methyl glucose sesquistearate is PEG-free and therefore completely junk-free ;-).

Cetyl alcohol: this type of alcohol is made from fat and aims to give the cream the right thickness. Contrary to what you would expect from alcohol, this cetyl alcohol makes your skin soft.

Benzyl alcohol: natural preservative

Sealing 90% of products are not sealed by brands. For many brands, sustainability is a priority and for that reason they do not want to add unnecessary waste to their packaging. They therefore choose not to seal their products.

Color The actual color of the product may differ from the photo of the article. Lighting of the photo & color differences on screens can display a different color.

Shelf life Products will have a shelf life of at least 3 months, unless otherwise stated with the product.
