Use

In the morning, spray on a cotton pad and apply to the face for a cooling effect.

In the evening, after removing your make-up, replace your usual tonic with Avril Floral Water, concentrating on the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin). Enjoy this cocoon moment just for you before going to bed ... Good night! :-)
