Description

Expertly formulated with a low-irritant grade of retinoid, this serum is designed to tackle fine lines, renew uneven skin tone and leave skin feeling smooth with a radiant glow. Perfect for those new to retinoids. This formula uses the benefits of bisabolol and squalane to soothe the skin while providing youthful benefits.

Active ingredients

0.2% Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate

An anti-ageing powerhouse, this retinoid works to renew, firm, brighten and improve skin texture while minimising the signs of ageing. This low-irritation grade delivers the same expert benefits with a softer touch!

Squalane

Natural squalane is a vegan alternative to squalene, made from olive oil. It has incredible moisturising properties and is absorbed quickly. Moreover, it works well for all skin types.

Bisabolol

Derived from the Candeia tree, but also found in chamomile, Bisabolol is naturally soothing and is traditionally used to calm dehydrated and stressed skin.

Use

How do I use the Retinol facial serum? Retinol should be added gradually to your regime to build tolerance, starting once or twice a week and building up to more frequent use. In the evening, before moisturising, apply one pump of the product to dry skin, avoiding the sensitive area directly under the eyes. Massage it into the skin and leave for about 30 minutes for full absorption. Follow with a barrier protection cream, such as our Ceramide Face Cream .

Warnings: Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains ingredients that may increase the risk of sunburn and UV exposure. Always apply an SPF the next morning after using this product. During initial use, your skin may flake or peel. If your skin feels uncomfortable, consider reducing or discontinuing use.
