Key Ingredients

Magnesium helps muscles to relax, muscle spasms are caused by lack of magnesium. Post-workout, transdermal magnesium is best because it’s topical (you apply it to the area that strained the muscles). There are no side effects when taking topical magnesium and the effect is immediate.

Coconut oil/coconut fat is the lightest of solid fats. With good absorption and blends well into the skin, nourishing but not heavy. Is very similar to the lipids in our own skin, so human skin absorbs it well.

Lemon essential oil is used to perfume the product, but it also has strong detox properties. Mild enough with a pleasant citrus scent. It is well suited for anti-cellulite products and for boosting the skin. Strengthens the immune system.

Use

Apply/massage cream several times a day as needed on the area to be treated. Repeat the application daily.
