With the fresh and spicy scent of rosemary and eucalyptus.
This loveli deodorant without aluminium is based on coconut oil and sodium bicarbonate and more fine ingredients that are good for your skin and protect you from sweat odour. With the addition of zinc oxide, this deo also works perfectly against hormone sweat, emotion sweat and stress sweat.
This Loveli deodorant is the answer if you are looking for an aluminium-free deodorant that really works. Coconut oil cares for your skin and baking soda neutralises sweat odours. With arrowroot and shea butter for soft skin. And vitamin E as an antioxidant. 100% Natural.
The Loveli deo doesn't seal off your skin and sweat glands. This keeps you sweating to discharge waste products and regulate your body temperature. So the deo ensures you don't smell of sweat, but you continue to sweat because sweating is healthy
- Does not close your sweat glands, but neutralises sweat odour instantly
- With zinc oxide against stress, emotional and hormonal sweat
- 100% junk-free natural
- Lasts for at least 6 weeks
- Refillable, so better for the environment and better for your wallet
You can now also buy a refill for the Loveli deodorant. This saves you waste and is better for the environment and your wallet.
Zinc oxide for extra protection against stress sweats
Stress or emotion sweat is different from sweat caused by heat. It contains more fatty acids than ordinary sweat and the bacteria on your skin love these fatty acids. They are what cause your sweat smell. Zinc oxide converts these fatty acids into odourless zinc salts before the bacteria can do their job. What makes zinc a doubly powerful weapon in the fight against sweat odour is that it is antibacterial at the same time. So there are fewer bacteria on your skin anyway that can cause sweat odour.
Baking soda neutralises odours
Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) is the ingredient that works so well against odours. But coconut oil also has a neutralising effect and arrowroot and shea butter ensure soft skin. With vitamin E as an antioxidant.
Sodium bicarbonate can have an irritating effect on sensitive skin. That is why it is combined with soothing arrowroot. Your skin may still react. There is therefore a sensitive version with less sodium bicarbonate in it and skin-caring sandalwood oil.
The packaging is made of BPA-free polypropylene (plastic). It can be recycled with the rest of your plastic waste.
Good to know about the Loveli Deos
- The deo is 7 cm tall and contains 30 ml of deo, and you can do at least 6 weeks with this size.
- If you used a deo with aluminium before this, you may (temporarily) start to sweat more or smell like sweat. For most people, this passes after a few days and you won't smell anything anymore. During this period, wash (or scrub) your armpits an extra time with a mild detergent. And hang in there! Fortunately, the detox only lasts for a short while. Read more about the detox here.
- This natural deodorant does not seal off your skin. So you still sweat (otherwise your body can't get rid of its waste products either), but you don't smell it.
- If you have sensitive skin easily, your skin may react with a red rash. Immediately putting some coconut oil on it and switching to the sensitive version may be the solution. But usually you actually get nicer skin because of all the fine ingredients.
- The shea butter in the deodorant can stain your clothes. You can of course wash it out, but it is better to let the deodorant dry for a while before putting on your clothes.
- Use really very little of the deo. The deo has a high concentration of sodium bicarbonate, so you only need very little to stay smelling fresh all day. If you use too much, you will quickly go through your deo, but you also risk irritating your skin. Two strips per armpit is enough to be protected.
- The zinc oxide in the deodorant does give a bit of a white haze. This absorbs quickly, but if you have darker skin, you will continue to see the white haze for a while. It is best to let the deodorant soak in for a while before getting dressed. Then you won't get stains on your clothes.
- The zinc oxide repairs irritated skin and protects sensitive skin at the same time.
- On average, you get 6 weeks out of 1 small deodorant stick or more than 3 months out of a large stick.
- The packaging is made of polypropylene (plastic). It can be recycled with the rest of your plastic waste, but it is even more environmentally friendly to refill it with a refill.
- If your body has become really addicted to the ingredients in your regular deo, at first it may seem like you are actually sweating worse. Your body is detoxing. Hang in there, it's worth it!
- Wait a while before using the deo after you have shaved or otherwise depilated your armpits. If you shave your armpits in the evening, you can use the deo again in the morning.
- The deo is not soluble in water so you need a mild detergent to wash your armpits.
- Is your deo not turning well? Then put it in the freezer overnight. Then let it defrost, of course, and it will often work again.
- You can refill your deo about 2 times without any problems. After that, the turning mechanism of the holder may no longer work smoothly. In that case, it is better to order a new deodorant stick instead of just a refill.
Use
If you previously used a deodorant with aluminium, you may (temporarily) start to sweat more or smell like sweat. For most people, this passes after a few days and you won't smell anything anymore. During this period, wash (or scrub) your armpits an extra time with a mild detergent. And hang in there! Fortunately, the detox only lasts for a while.
- Twist off the cap - you can use it straight away or, if necessary, twist it up a little from the bottom before using it.
- Once a day, spread or stamp a thin layer of deo under your armpits. Make sure you always use little of the deo.
- Let it soak in for a few minutes before putting on your clothes. Use less or smear it if you keep seeing or feeling it.
What should you pay attention to?
- Do not use if you suffer from irritated or damaged skin.
- Because of the high concentration of baking soda, you only need a small amount of the Loveli deo. If you use too much, you will quickly go through the deo and risk irritation.
- The zinc oxide in the deo can give a slight white haze under your armpits. This haze absorbs quickly. Do you still see a white haze under your armpits after a few minutes? Then you may use a little less of the deo or you can smear it extra.
- Stop using the product if you have a rash, irritation or if your skin does not react well to the product in any other way.
- When your skin has recovered after irritation, you can try the product again. Make sure you only apply a thin layer once a day. If applying less does not help, you can try the Sensitive Skin mini. This deo works slightly less strongly against sweat odours, but is gentler on sensitive skin.

*Natural Components Essential Oils
- Cocos Nucifera Oil: Coconut oil is extracted from the grated pulp of the coconut. The oil lays a protective film on the skin, keeping it well hydrated. It is a light oil that does not penetrate deeply into the skin.
- Sodium Bicarbonate: Sodium bicarbonate is the ingredient that works so well against odours. It works antibacterial which means bacteria don't have a chance to cause unpleasant odours.
- Cera Alba: Beeswax is used to give the product strength. It also helps prevent dehydration.
- Butyrospermum Parkii Butter: Shea butter is made from the nuts of the shea nut tree and is also known as 'the tree of life'. The shea tree grows in central Africa. Shea butter is moisturising and makes the skin supple and elastic. This butter is very suitable for dry, irritated and/or (eczema) sensitive skin.
- Zinc Oxide: Zinc oxide is a very versatile ingredient. It not only acts as an antibacterial, but also helps with skin irritations and hormone sweating. In addition, it is a mineral UV filter that protects you from the sun. But it can also be part pigment for your favourite lip balm. A true all-rounder! In Loveli deos, zinc oxide acts as an antibacterial ingredient and converts fatty acids to odourless zinc salts as a weapon against hormone sweat. It also has an emollient effect.
- Maranta Arundinacea Root Powder: Arrowroot in Dutch. Absorbs moisture and also helps against sweat odour.
- Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil: Sunflower oil is a good antioxidant.
- Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil: Eucalyptus essential oil has an uplifting effect. The oil reduces itching, redness and irritation and has a cooling and skin repairing effect.
- Tocopherol: Tocopherol or vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and acts as a preservative.
- Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil: Rosemary essential oil has a refreshing and uplifting effect. The oil stimulates circulation, helps repair the skin and has a purifying effect. It can give the skin a healthy glow.
- Citral: Natural constituent of essential oils. This should be reported separately on the label as some people may be allergic to it.
- Geraniol: Natural constituent of essential oils. This should be reported separately on the label, as some people may be allergic to it.
- Limonene: Natural constituent of essential oils. This should be reported separately on the label, as some people may be allergic to it.
