How do I clean my IZY Bottle?
It is recommended to regularly clean the IZY Bottles with warm water. Soap can help with this, but please rinse the IZY Bottle very well. After use, it is wise to let the IZY Bottle air out with the cap off until the bottle is used again. IZY Bottles are NOT dishwasher-safe!

Can the IZY Bottles be put in the freezer?
It is highly discouraged to put the IZY Bottles in the freezer or fridge. IZY Bottles will already keep your drinks cold for 24 hours, and due to the double-walled thermos layer, a freezer or fridge will not make the contents of the IZY Bottle colder. Also, a freezer or fridge can damage the IZY Bottle.

Can the IZY Bottles be put in the microwave?
It is strongly advised against putting the IZY Bottles in the microwave. It will damage the IZY Bottle and because of the double-walled thermos layer, not only will your drinks stay hot for 12 hours, but the drinks will not get warmer by using a microwave.
