Use

Divide wet or dry hair and apply directly to the scalp, massage in with fingertips. Leave on for at least 5 minutes and then rinse. Follow with your favourite Innersense hair bath and conditioner. Can be used overnight as an intensive scalp treatment. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.
