Vegan Lip Balm - SPF15

The skin on your lips is super thin and delicate, but we often forget to protect them from the sun. This causes dry and sometimes painful lips, because your lips can also get sunburned. The natural waxes and butters in ordinary lip balms provide some protection, but not enough for the summer sun.

That's why we've added raspberry oil and zinc oxide to this lip balm, which also protects your lips from UV A radiation (which causes skin ageing) and UV B radiation (which can cause sunburn).

The lip balm contains six vegetable oils, including karanje seed oil. This special oil strengthens your skin's protective layer and is also packed with antioxidants. And you desperately need these antioxidants to ward off the free radicals caused by sunlight. Micro-algae extracts also protect your lips from UV light.

There are so many wonderful ingredients in this lip balm that we are running out of space to highlight them all. But together, this cocktail of goodness makes for wonderfully cared for and protected lips. To kiss!

The Lipbalm SPF 15 has a subtle pink tinge. That's because we've mixed white zinc oxide with a pinch of red iron oxide. Also completely natural, safe and titanium dioxide-free.

Note: in hot weather, the lip balm may break due to the fact that it contains coconut oil. Coconut oil becomes soft when warm and hard when colder. In the carrier's vans, it can get as hot as 50 degrees and this can cause your lip balm to arrive broken. Unfortunately, we cannot send you a new one. You can fix it quite easily by pressing the halves together just right and putting them in the freezer overnight.
