NAJEL Cosmos Natural green clay is extracted from a quarry in Auvergne near Puy-en-Velay and is 100% natural. Green clay has a low mineral content and is rich in iron oxide to rebalance, stimulate and purify the skin. It is known for its absorbent power and is suitable for oily skin as it regulates excess sebum.
Green clay is mainly used as a base for face masks and body wraps, but can also be used on the hair. With its remineralising, regenerative and revitalising properties, it is the most versatile clay.
This natural skincare product cleanses and purifies oily skin deep inside and treats small spots. On oily hair, it is cleansing and absorbent.
Clay is mainly used diluted in water to make masks that can be applied to the desired area, on the face or hair.
Handy tip: to avoid neutralising some of the clay's properties, make your masks in ceramic, wooden or plastic bowls instead of metal ones.
Packed in a natural satin PP jar with lid and seal.

About Najel
The AL NAJJAR family has been making authentic Aleppo soap, in keeping with ancestral artisanal know-how , since 1895 . Aleppo Soap was the first hard soap and has been manufactured for centuries. It is the forerunner of Marseille soap. This know-how is passed down from generation to generation in the family soap factory.
Every year, from the end of November to the end of March, production of the world's first hard soap starts again, following an unchanged process. The soaps then dry for at least nine months. During this period, the soaps oxidise on the surface and take on a yellow/beige colour, while the heart of the soap retains the green colour of the oils that make up the soap.
Najel's Aleppo Soap is made from olive oil and laurel oil. Soaped olive oil is a powerful cleanser that nourishes, protects and softens the skin. Laurel oil is known for its disinfecting and regenerative properties. The higher the concentration, the more the soap soothes irritated or problem skin.
