Use

As a mask: apply the hair mask to damp hair from lengths to ends. Leave on for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

For a leave-in treatment: apply in small doses to damp or dry hair to facilitate styling.

Do not swallow (keep out of reach of children).
In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly.
