Lip Treat

NEW FORMULE: Protect, nourish and retain moisture in lips with our 100% natural vegan lip balm.

Lips are susceptible to the effects of UV and environmental exposure, damaging their overall barrier function, resulting in drying and cracking. Our new version of Lip Treat, scented with mandarin and vanilla extract, is formulated with a 100% vegan wax blend, organic Cupuacu butter and a blend of organic jojoba and rosehip oils, supplemented with oat-based ceramides.

Active Ingredients:

Oat-based Ceramides

These unique and powerful, fast-penetrating oat-based actives are a complex of skin-identical lipids, including ceramides. They are clinically proven to increase hydration, strengthen hyaluronic acid and skin barrier function after 28 days of use. This was proven by testing this complex on 22 women (aged 35-68) over a 28-day period, showing an increase in skin hydration of up to 26%.

These actives naturally increase and replenish the skin's ceramide levels, repair, renew and protect the lipid barrier damaged by ageing or the environment, and strengthen the dermis, preventing and managing signs of ageing.

Cupuacu butter

Found in Cupuacu trees in northern Brazil, this butter has the ability to penetrate the barrier layer and then retain moisture. Therefore, it is an excellent hydrator and plumper for the skin.
Rich in fatty acids and antioxidants, cupuacu butter deeply hydrates lips, helps restore elasticity and gives them a silky smooth finish.

Cupuacu butter is known for its rich content of phytosterols, or plant sterols for dry, damaged lips, and polyphenols to combat free radical damage, and fatty acids to protect and moisturise the skin and lips.

Rosehip and jojoba oil

Waxes must be properly mixed with oils to produce a suitable film that can be applied to the skin of the lips. Jojoba is used to prevent lips from drying out and to keep the skin of the lips soft. To maintain the lips' natural moisture, rosehip oil is preferred. We have used both organic jojoba and rosehip oil in our new Lip Treat.

Results

Usage:

Massage onto lips to reveal silky smooth skin.

Applying 1 small scoop of this product 3x daily will last for approximately 13 weeks
