This natural eye pencil from Couleur Caramel has a semi-hard texture that allows for precise application. This eye pencil can be applied easily. A dark colour on the eye contour will give you a more intense look. You create an open look with a light pencil on the inside of the eye.
A variety of warm colours for this eye pencil!
It is perfect for highlighting and intensifying the look.
