Use

Coconut oil solidifies at cold temperatures. Heat gently (so that it is lukewarm), making sure not to overheat.

Massage the oil into your scalp for 15-20 minutes, before smoothing into the remaining hair. Leave on for at least 45 minutes or overnight for an intensive treatment. Then wash and rinse as usual.
