Use

Applying lipstick has never been so easy and quick thanks to this lipstick pencil: if necessary, use a sharpener to sharpen it and then apply it to your lips. The ultra-thin tip allows you to draw a very precise line. Fix the colour by biting into a tissue to remove the excess.

A white veil appears on the lead of my pencil, is this normal?
Yes. This is a phenomenon of crystallisation often observed with organic and natural formulas. This minor cosmetic defect is irrelevant. If this white veil bothers you, just sharpen your pencil.
